Jesse supports faculty with developing their research proposals to a variety of federal, state an non-profit sponsors. His role includes budget development, creation and editing of supplementary materials for research proposals and working with faculty to navigate the institutional and sponsor guidelines for submitting research proposals.

Jim works closely with Science alumni and donors to identify and facilitate specific giving opportunities to help donors realize their philanthropic goals. Jim specializes in annual giving, major gifts, and Planned Giving. He travels throughout Utah and nearby states to meet with individual alumni and donors.

Jim helps oversee the facility-related operations of the Crocker Science Center. He works with building occupants, project managers, architects and contractors to facilitate renovation, infrastructure upgrades and new construction projects for the College of Science.

In partnership with EHS, David works with all members of the Colleges of Science and Mines and Earth Sciences community to address safety concerns, advance new safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety.

Josh manages the Science Research Initiative SRI, a program that focusses on engaging undergraduates in research activities in the College of Science. In addition he is a lecturer in the School of Biological Sciences, teaches courses associated with the SRI, and manages two undergraduate research streams.

Sam supports all student-related activities in the College of Science, including recruitment, events, scholarships, petitions, orientation, and social media. She manages the Student Ambassador Program, developing student leaders and providing support for events in the College and its four departments. As the ACCESS Program Manager, Sam recruits applicants, facilitates selections, and manages administrative logistics throughout the year-long scholarship and research program.
